During the board meeting of Dimco Electrical Supplies Ltd. held on the 18 April 2001, the following were decided:
1. The results of the company for the year ending 31 December 2000 were examined and approved.
2. It was decided to propose to the AGM dividends of 8% of the issued capital of the company.
3. The EGM was scheduled for the 13 June 2001.
4. Decided on the relevant board changes.
