Megabet Clarifies Board Changes

Concerning Megabet Ltd.’s announcement of the 18 April 2001 relating to the resignations of the company’s Secretary and of one of its Directors, the company clarifies that Mr. Georgos Petsas resigned from his duties as Secretary but is still an active member of the Board. As Secretary, the law office of Loukis Papaphilippou (Cyproliaison Ltd.) were appointed to the post.
Mr. Andreas Constantinou resigned and was replaced by Mr. Yiannos Anastasiades who is responsible for expansion of the company’s activities in the electronic betting sector through the internet and to the Asian market of fixed betting.
Both replacements were made for purely practical purposes after the listing of the company on the CSE and for the promotion of the expansion of its activities abroad.
