Caramondanis: Dividends 15% for 2000

During its meeting of the 19 April 2001, the Board of Caramondanis Bros Ltd. approved the audited results of the group for the year ending 31 December 2000 and set the date for the AGM as the 21 June 2001. Further, it was decided to propose mixed dividends of 15% of the issued capital of the company.
