Christis to Produce Dodoni Ice-creams

Christis Dairies Ltd. announced that it has reached an agreement on the 20 April 2001 with the Greek company Dodoni Ice-creams ABEE, by which it will undertake the exclusive production of the Dodoni ice-creams in line with the Greek company’s directives, in Cyprus. The Dodoni ice-creams are considered of the highest quality in Greece and are sold exclusively through various Dodoni outlets.
By the agreement, Christis will be entitled to use the technical knowledge for the production of the products of the Greek company which will be produced by a Cypriot company Dodoni Ice-creams (Cyprus) Ltd. in which Christis Dairies Ltd. will participate by 26%, Dodoni Ice-creams ABEE by 26%, F.W. Woolworth & Co. (Cyprus) Ltd. by 25%, C.W. Artopolis Ltd. by 9% and N.K. Shacolas (Holdings) Ltd. by 14%.
The company Dodoni Ice-creams (Cyprus) Ltd. will undertake the marketing of the Dodoni ice-creams as well as other products of the Greek Dodoni company. As a first stage, seven retail outlets will operate throughout Cyprus.
