GSL board to examined FY2000 results on 4.5.2001

Golden Sun Leisure (CY) Ltd. announced that a board meeting will take place on the 4 May 2001 in order to set the date for the first AGM of the company, to examine the results of the company and the report of the directors and auditors, to elect board members and to determine the remuneration of the auditors.
