Changes on Astarti BOD

The company Astarti Development Co. Ltd. announced that Messrs Georgos Galatariotis, Georgos Tsakkistos, Demetris Smyrlis, Savvas Adamides, Costas Miaoulis, Costas Michaelides and Marios Hamboullas have submitted their resignations from the Board of the company. As a result, Mr. Georgos Tsakkistos has also ceased from his position as Chairman of the Board.
The Board, during its meeting yesterday, accepted the resignations and decided to appoint Messrs Demetris Pantazis and Pavlos Savvides as additional Board members and to appoint Mr. Demetris Pantazis as Chairman of the Board with effect from 25 April 2001.
