The Boards of CCC Holdings & Investments, K+G Complex Ltd. and the Cyprus Cement Co. Ltd. announced that during their separate meetings yesterday, the final results of the respective companies were approved for the year 2000. Further it was decided to set the AGM of the companies for the 14 July 2001.
