Empire board to examine audited FY2000 results on 9.5.01

The Board of Empire Capital Investments Ltd. announced that it will be convening on the 9 May 2001 in order to examine, amongst other issues, the audited results of the company for the year ending 31 December 2000 and to determine the date of the AGM.
