Aristo Developers Ltd. announced that its 100% subsidiary Aristo Developers AE (Hellas) signed a pre-agreement on the 30 April 2001 for acquisition of the share capital of Varvarigos-Aptoglou AE, owners of land equalling 2,485 sq.m. situated on Attiki Avenue, suitable for commercial development. The cost of the acquisition is Dr. 410.000.000.
