Pharmakas: EGM Approves Increase of Capital

Pharmakas Quarries Ltd. announced that during the EGM of the 2 May 2001 it was unanimously agreed that the nominal capital of the company be increased from CYP 3.5 million divided into 14 million shares of 25 cents each to CYP 5 million divided into 20 million shares of 25 cents each.
