CSE Announcement: Listing of new Louis shares

According to Regulation 73, the CSE Council announced that it has accepted 18.838.716 ordinary shares of Louis Cruise Lines Ltd. issued in exchange for acquisition of 55.68% of Louis Hotels Ltd. The new shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the company which will reach 421.651.930 shares.

Trading of the new shares will commence on the 7 March 2001.
