Lemeco to consider issuance of rights & warrants

The Board of Lemeco Silvex Industries Ltd. announced that it will be convening on Thursday 6 September 2001, in order to examine the possibility of issuance of rights and warrants to its shareholders and the transfer of the company from the Industrial companies' section of the CSE to the Other companies section. Also, the preliminary results for the first six-months of 2001 will be examined.

Board decisions will be announced prior commencement of the trading session of the 7 September 2001.
