Cyprus Airways would like to inform investors that the Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, June 11, 2003 at 5.00 pm at the International Conference Centre in Nicosia.
The dividend will be paid to all shareholders registered fifteen (15) days following the approval of the resolution by the Annual General Meeting, that is on July 3, 2003. As a result, the shares of Cyprus Airways will be ex-dividend from June 24, 2003. Cheques will be posted to the shareholders around July 21, 2003.
