MarkeTrends Issues New Shares for Staff

The Board of MarkeTrends Financial Services Ltd. announced that during its meeting of the 27 June 2001, the issuance of 2.500.000 shares of 10 cents nominal value was decided to members and staff in accordance with relevant employment contracts. Authorisation for the issue has already been given by the company's AGM.

The company will submit relevant application to the CSE for the listing of the new shares.
