The Board of Directors of Louis Cruise Lines Ltd announces that by 1 July 2002, the final day for the exercise of share options granted to employees as part of the company's Share Option Scheme, acceptance letters were received corresponding to 1.101.410 new shares, 0.3% of the existing issued share capital of the company.
Based on the terms of the Scheme, the beneficiaries of the Share Option Scheme must submit payment for the shares by 15 July 2002, while the new shares will be allocated to them by 26 July 2002.
The company will take all the necessary steps to ensure the new shares are listed on the CSE.
