Dividends of 7.5% from LCL

During the board meeting of Louis Cruise Lines Ltd. of the 22 May 2002, the final financial results of the company for the year ended 31 December 2001 were approved.
Audited final results of the company for 2001 do not show substantial differences from preliminary results published on the 28 March 2002. The net amount of profits attributed to shareholders equals CYP 8.524.000.
The board decided to set the date of the AGM as the 4 July 2002 at 5.30 p.m. at the Forum Hotel in Nicosia.
Further, the board decided to propose dividends of 7.5%, that is 0,75 cents per share, totaling CYP 3.162.000 and if approved by the AGM, to be payable on the 2 August 2002. Therefore, transactions taking place up to 5 July 2002 will be cum-dividend 2002.
