LCL: Talks with ACCOR

With reference to a report in an Athenian newspaper, according to which the subsidiary of Louis Cruise Lines Ltd, Louis Hotels Ltd, is currently holding negotiations with the International Hotel Group ACCOR, the company would like to announce the following:
There have indeed been talks with the aforementioned company. However, discussions concerning cooperation between Louis Hotels and ACCOR are still at a preliminary stage and it is not possible to predict their outcome at this point.
Louis Cruise Lines Ltd will make an announcement when and if there are developments concerning this matter.
