CCC expects improvement in final results 2014

The Cyprus Cement Public Company Ltd, pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, announces that the results for 2014 will be significantly improved compared to the corresponding results of 2013.
This improvement is attributable to:
-The improved results of the associated company Vassiliko Cement Works Public Company Ltd, which recorded significant profits in 2014 compared to losses in 2013.
-The improved results of the subsidiary C.C.C. Tourist Enterprises Public Company Ltd due to the accounting profit in the Company’s results after the completion of the share restructuring of the associated company L' Union Nationale (Tourism and Sea Resorts) Ltd as well as the improved results of the associated company due to the lower finance costs.
This improvement is attributable to:
