CSE: Introduction of Lemeco warrants and rights
The CSE Council announces that, based on the provisions of Regulation 73, it has accepted the introduction to the CSE of 33.050.000 nil-paid rights of company “Lemeco Silvex Industries Ltd” with exercise price CYP 0,10 for each share of nominal value CYP 0,10, as well as up to 13.220.000 Power Warrants 2003/2005 at the exercise price of CYP 0,10 with exercise periods being September 1-15 of years 2003, 2004 and 2005.
Trading in the rights will commence on September 6, 2002 and will last until September 26, 2002 (inclusive of both dates).
The codes of the above titles are:
LEMR: Rights,
LEMw: Power Warrants.
Please also note that trading in the shares that will result from the rights and the power warrants will commence on October 31, 2002.
