New CPB shares trade 11.2.02

In line with provisions of Regulation 73, the CSE Council announced that it has accepted for listing 1.919.362 ordinary shares of the Cyprus Popular Bank Ltd. which were offered to staff of the Popular Bank group at the price of 50 cents.
The new shares will be incorporated in the listed share capital of the company which will reach 300.248.396. Trading of the new titles will commence on Monday 11 February 2002.
