RAI: Profit warning for the first half of 2003

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and for the investors’ interest, RAI Consultants Services Ltd would like to announce that the consolidated results for the first half of 2003 will be lower compared to the corresponding results of 2002.
This decline is attributable to the impacts from the war in Iraq and the ongoing crisis in the Middle East, which has affected the operations of the Group in the area.
