Christis: Warrant exercise period
It is reminded that the exercising period of warrants 2001/2003 of Christis Dairies Ltd is between December 1 and December 31 of each year until 2004. Warrants may be exercised from December 1 until December 31, 2002 to company’s registered office or any branch of the Bank of Cyprus Ltd (Account: 0189-05-005835), submitting the required amount that corresponds to the number of warrants to be exercised (CYP 0.50 per warrant) by cash or cheque to Christies Dairies Ltd-warrants, declaring the name and ID number of the warrant holder, as well as the number of shares for which the warrant is exercised. Non-exercised warrants will continue trading in the CSE.
It is noted that at the date of this announcement, the share’s price (CYP 0.20) is lower than the warrant’s exercise price. All warrants 2001/2004 terms are included in Company’s Prospectus dated February 15, 2001.
