Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and better information of the Company’s shareholders and the investing public in general, RAI Consultants Services Ltd would like to announce that the consolidated results of 2003 will be lower compared to the corresponding results of 2002.
This is mainly attributable to the impacts from the war in Iraq and the ongoing crisis in the Middle East, which has affected the operations of the Group in the area.
