Louis Hotels withdraws application for CSE listing

Louis Ltd announces that the Board of Directors of its subsidiary Louis Hotels Ltd (the “Company”) has decided to withdraw its application for an independent listing in the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
This decision, which was taken in agreement with the financial consultants of the Company, aims at serving the interests of all shareholders of Louis Hotels Ltd. The Board of Directors considered that the current conditions in the Cyprus Capital Market restrict the possibility of raising new capital and, therefore, the likelihood of a successful listing.
