Lemeco: Reduction of nominal value completed

We wish to inform you that the process for the reduction of the nominal value of the Company’s shares from 10 cents per share to 5 cents per share has been completed and the relevant forms together with the court order have been submitted to the Companies Superintendent and the Official Recipient.

The share capital of the Company amounts to £25,000,000 divided into 600,000,000 shares of nominal value 5 cents per share and the issued capital to £2,185,000 divided into 43,700,000 shares of nominal value 5 cents per share.
