CSE: Reduction of nominal value of Lemeco shares

The CSE Council announces that the issued share capital of Lemeco Silvex Industries Ltd, which stood at £4,370,000 divided into 43,700,000 shares of nominal value £0.10 has been reduced on Court’s decision to £2,185,000 divided into 43,700,000 shares of nominal value £0.05.

This change will be effective from Monday, May 17, 2004.
