RAI: EGM approved change of name

We wish to inform you that the Extraordinary General Meeting of RAI Consultants Services Ltd took place on Monday, June 14, 2004 at 5.00 pm at the Company’s office in Nicosia to comply with the provisions of article 4 of the Companies’ Law as amended.
The EGM approved the special resolution for the change of the Company’s name from RAI Consultants Services Ltd to RAI Consultants Public Ltd.
