Increase of BOCY stake in share capital of Cytrustees

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 172(1) of the CSE Law, the Company has been informed on the acquisition of 57,829 additional shares by Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd. As a result, the stake of Bank of Cyprus in the share capital of the Company has increased from 19.78% to 20.04%.
