Christis: Reminder for warrant exercise
We wish to remind you that the warrants 2001/2004 of Christis Dairies Ltd are exercisable on December 1-31, 2004 at the Company’s registered office or any Bank of Cyprus branch (account no 0189-05-005835), submitting the required amount that corresponds to the number of warrants exercised (£0.50 per warrant) cash or a cheque payable to Christis Dairies Ltd-warrants and declaring the name and ID number of the warrant holder and the number of warrants exercised. All unexercised warrants will expire on 31.12.2004. The warrants will be traded in the CSE by 26.11.2004.
The exercise price of warrants is higher than the current trading price of the share of Christis Dairies Ltd. At the date of this announcement, the share’s price stands at £0.12. All warrants 2001/2004 terms are included in the company’s Prospectus dated February 15, 2004.
