During the board meeting of L. Atteshlis Shipping Ltd. of the 17 May 2002, the audited final consolidated results of the company for the fiscal year 2001 were approved. Final results did not vary from preliminary results already published.
The AGM of the company will take place on the 24 July 2002 at 5.30 p.m. at the Hawaii Hotel in Limassol. The board decided not to propose dividend payments for the year ended 31 December 2001.
Having taken into consideration the progress of the company during the first months of 2002 and having examined the prospects and standing of the company to date, the company anticipates that financial results of the company for the current year will be as satisfactory as for 2001, excepting any unforeseen occurrences.
