Pierides: Profit Warning for six-month results 2009

After examining the Company’s results for the first six months of 2009, the Board of Directors of Pierides Holdings Plc decided that the results for the six months ended June 30, 2009 are expected to be slightly lower compared to the corresponding results of 2008.

This drop is attributable to the drop in the Company’s turnover.
