We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Lemeco Silvex Industries Ltd will meet on Friday February 25, 2005 to examine the indicative results for 2004.
The indicative results will be announced prior to the CSE session on February 28, 2005 and will be published in a national newspaper.
