Lemeco: Indicative results 2004

At the meeting held on Friday, February 25, 2005, the Board of Directors of LEMECO SILVEX INDUSTRIES LTD decided the following:
1. Approved the indicative results for the year ended December 31, 2004. The results are attached.
2. The Board of Directors also decided to introduce the Audit and Remuneration Committees with independent consultants Messrs. Stefos Loizides and Constantinos Damtsas as members.
