Cyprus Airways Ltd. announced that its board meeting scheduled for the 16 April 2002 for approval of final results of the group for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2001 and a decision on dividends will take place a day earlier, that is Monday 15 April 2002 at 12.00 noon.
