Lemeco: Final results 2004 on 14/4

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Lemeco Silvex Industries Ltd will meet on Thursday, April 14, 2005 to examine the following:
1. The final results for 2004 and the setting of the date for the Annual General Meeting. The final results will be announced prior to the CSE session on April 15, 2005. Copies will be available at the Company’s office from April 20, 2005.
2. The Extraordinary General Meeting will approve the resolution for the change of the Company’s name.
