Lemeco: Reminder for the exercise of warrants
We wish to remind all the shareholders that the warrants of LEMECO SILVEX INDUSTRIES LTD will be exercised from September 1 to 15.
All the shareholders who wish to exercise their warrants during this period, must submit the exercise price of 5 cents per share, declaring the number of shares for which warrants are exercised, at the Company’s offices, SILVEX HOUSE, 54 Griva Digeni Avenue, 5th floor, 1080 Nicosia, Tel.: 22664444 or at any branch of Bank of Cyprus Ltd (ac. Number: 0183-11-000205) stating the description of deposit, the name and ID number of the warrants holder and the number of shares for which warrants are exercised. The amount for the exercise of warrants can be paid either in cash or cheque to LEMECO SILVEX INDUSTRIES LTD.
Postdated cheques will not be accepted and the cheques that will be returned will cancel the exercise of warrants.
The shares resulting from the exercise of Warrants will be fully paid shares of nominal value 5 cents, will rank pari passu, will be registered in the Central Registry and will be listed in the CSE.
The company would like to notify all warrant holders that they should seriously consider the share’s trading price at the CSE during the time of exercising the warrants. It is noted that at the date of this announcement, the share’s price is lower than the warrant’s exercise price and amounts to 1.9 cents.
The last period for the shareholders to exercise their warrants is from September 1 to 15, 2005, after this period the warrants ceased to be in force.
The last trading day of the warrants at the Stock exchange market will be on August 29, 2005.
