CTC: Bonus shares transferred to shareholders

With reference to the EGM decision dated June 15, 2005 on the allocation of bonus shares to its shareholders, Cyprus Trading Corporation Public Ltd announces that these shares have already been transferred to the shareholders’ register and will be traded in the CSE from September 27, 2005.
