CPB: Board meeting on capital structure on 6/12 (not on 5/12)

Further to our announcement dated 25 November 2005, please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Popular Bank Public Company Limited will meet on 6 December 2005 and not on 5 December as it was previously announced, to examine, among other, matters relating to the capital structure of the Bank.
