Frou-Frou: Board meeting for possible submission of improved offer for acquisition of Lanitis Bros

Alkis Hadjikyriakos (Frou-Frou Biscuits) Public Ltd announces that the Board of Directors will meet on 16.12.2005 at 11.30 am to examine the possibility of submitting an improved offer for the acquisition of the share capital of Lanitis Public Ltd.

This does not entail the submission or not of an improved offer.

The Company recommended to the CSE authorities to suspend the trading of titles of FBI and FBIW for the protection of the investing public.
