Clarification on the dissolution demand of GeSeaCo SLR, with regard to the auditors’ report dated July 24, 2003
With reference to the above issue, we wish to clarify that the legal advisers of our Company following our instructions, had requested the postponement of the case (dissolution demand against the sum of $72,362.59) in order to seek a compromise. The Management of the Company, has therefore, contacted the legal advisers of the applicants to withdraw the demand. The legal advisers warned the Company on July 24, 2003 that their clients were not willing to withdraw their demand without a guarantee for the payment of an outstanding balance. Our Company reviews the aforementioned proposal.
