Lemeco: Final results 2005 – AGM on 6/7

At the meeting held on Friday at 11.30 am, the Board of Directors of LEMECO SILVEX INDUSTRIES Public Company Ltd decided the following:
1. Examined and approved the final results for the year ended December 31, 2005. The results are attached. Copies will be available at the Company’s office, 54 Griva Digeni Avenue, Silvex Court, 6th floor, 1080 Nicosia.
2. Set the date for the Annual General Meeting, which will take place on Thursday, July 6, 2006 at 5.00 pm at Silvex Court, 3rd floor, 54 Griva Digeni Avenue, 1080 Nicosia.
