Salamis: Final results 2004 – AGM & EGM on 29/6 for change of name

At the meeting held on April 26, 2005, the Board of Directors of Salamis Tours (Holdings) Ltd examined and approved the final results for the year ended December 31, 2004. The results are attached.
The loss for the year stood at £5,908,596 against losses of £5,033,754 in the indicative results, as were amended on March 11, 2005. This differentiation is attributable to:
a) Increase in the provisions for bad debts by £678,357.
b) Increase in the provision for permanent diminution of goodwill on consolidation by £443,908.
c) Increase in minority loss by £270,227.
Copies will be available at the Company’s registered office, 1 G. Katsounotou, Salamis House, Limassol.
The Board of Directors also decided:
a) The Annual General Meeting will take place on June 29, 2005 at 18.00 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol.
b) The Extraordinary General Meeting, which will take place on June 29, 2005 at 19.00 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol will examine and approve the resolution for the change of the Company’s name to Salamis Tours (Holdings) Public Ltd, pursuant to the provisions of Law 70(I) 2003.
