CSE: Resumption of MFS trading

Further to our previous announcement dated August 18, 2006, the Cyprus Stock Exchange announces the termination of the suspension of trading of the titles of “MFS Holdings Public Company Ltd” on Tuesday, August 29, 2006, since the transfer of shares that have been offered to Aspis Group of Companies SA by the acceptors of the PO and the dispatch of cheques as an exchange have been completed.

As a result, the titles of MFS Holdings Public Company Ltd will start trading in the Alternative Market on Tuesday, August 29, 2006.
