Hellenic Bank to list new shares

The CSE Council announces that pursuant to Article 58 of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing of 28,721 ordinary shares of Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd, which were offered gratis to the staff members.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will amount to 236,540,455 shares.
Investors who do not have a trading account and wish to proceed to transactions must submit an application for the opening of a trading account from October 13, 2006.
Their trading will commence on October 16, 2006.
