RAI expects improvement in six-month results 2006

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, RAI Consultants Public Ltd announces that the results for the first half of 2006 are expected to show improvement compared to the corresponding results of 2005.

This improvement is attributable to the increase in gross profit.
