The Board of Directors of Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd elected Messrs. Soud Ba’ alaway, Sayanta Basu, Nicholas Wringley, Vincent Pica and Stelios Stylianou as new Board members on January 12, 2007.
The Board of Directors also accepted the resignation of Board member, Chrisostomos Theoclis and thanked him for his valuable contribution to the Bank.
