Date for determining the persons entitled to vote at the General Meeting: 20/05/2010
Date for determining the shareholders entitled to dividend: 03/06/2010
Ex-dividend date: 01/06/2010
Proposed dividend payment date for the financial year 2009: 21/06/2010
The above proposed dividend payment date precedes the expiry date of the current series of equity futures, whose underlying is shares of the Bank.
The annual briefing to analysts with regard to the Bank’s financial results took place on 25/02/2010, following the publication of the Bank’s preliminary financial results.
