Completion of the sale of Universal Life Public Co Ltd shares,
The Group of the Bank of Cyprus announces that it has completed the sale of 28% of the share capital of Universal Life Public Co. Ltd to Mr. Andreas Georgiou and to Fotos Fotiades Group Ltd, according to their agreement, dated July 13, 2006.
The consideration amounts to £7.8 million.
