With reference to the announcements and actions of Aspis Holdings Public Company Ltd, which turn against our Company and after the latest announcement of Aspis on its indictment to the Central Bank, Universal Life Insurance Public Co Ltd announces that the accusations are ungrounded.
It is worth noting that most of the accusations have already been judged by the recent decision of the Nicosia District Court. The decision was followed by the completion of the transfer procedure of the shares that our Company held in Universal Bank Public Ltd to Schoeller Holdings Ltd and Path Holdings Ltd, within the framework of the acceptance of the public offers by the two companies.
