CSE: RAI and Modestou return to Alternative Market

The CSE Council decided to transfer the titles of “R.A.I. Consultants Public Ltd” and “Modestou Sound & Vision Public Company Ltd” from the Special Characteristics Market to the CSE Alternative Market, pursuant to Paragraph 2.2.5 of KPD 596/2005 on the return of the issuer from the Special Characteristics Market to the Market that was trading beforehand, so long as the company has complied with the minimum stock market value, pursuant to Paragraph 2.2.3(a) of KPD 596/2005.

The trading of the titles in the Alternative Market will commence on Tuesday, March 20, 2007.
